How to order bouquets for UK nationwide delivery

To ensure your bouquet arrives on time and to the right recipient, we need the following details from you at the checkout:

• Sender name and contact number
• Recipient name and contact number or contact email address (so DHL can text or email them to say an order is on the way)
• Type of bouquet and which size is needed
• Any messages you’d like included
• Any special instructions on where to leave if the recipient is out

You can also add on some extra special gifts to go along with your flower delivery including:

• A teddy
• Chocolates
• A card
• A vase
• Candles
• Truffles
• Bars of chocolates
