At the Brighton Flower Company we pride ourselves on our flexible delivery times. The fact that you are able to order a same day local delivery up until 3pm has been a challenge for us but it’s something we are so happy to provide to allow for those last minute gifts! I guess it’s also a nice confidence boost to be called a hero by customers who may have forgotten a birthday/anniversary and be able to save the day!
Over the years we have tried lots of different options for our National Deliveries to find something that is efficient and also cost effective for our customers.
We have recently partnered with a new local courier and we are pleased to say we have achieved what we set out to do! We have cut our Saturday delivery cost by more than half and also have a system in place where the customer is notified every step of the way of their delivery. You can order as late as 2pm the day before for next day delivery Tuesday – Saturday.
